OLA Laser Acupuncture is a professional education platform offering online training and digital materials in laser acupuncture, auricular medicine, and related therapeutic practices. We operate in compliance with European consumer protection laws and data privacy regulations (GDPR).

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in any course. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access course materials or make purchases, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Course Access & Usage

  • Access to courses is granted immediately upon successful payment.

  • Unless otherwise stated, access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Access to any part of a course constitutes delivery and consumption of digital content.

  • All content is for personal educational use only. Sharing, copying, redistribution, resale, or public presentation is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, graphics, texts, protocols, and methods are the intellectual property of OLA Laser Acupuncture and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing, course structure, or availability at any time.

7. Refund Policy

  • In accordance with EU digital content regulations, once access to a digital course or material is granted, the product is considered delivered and no automatic refunds are provided.

  • By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right applicable to physical goods.

  • Refunds, if granted, are purely discretionary and may be partial, depending on the extent of access and usage.

  • Technical problems that prevent access may be addressed by support but do not automatically entitle a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our educational content is for professional development and informational purposes only. We make no medical claims and provide no medical advice.

The user is solely responsible for applying techniques within their professional scope and legal jurisdiction.

OLA Laser Acupuncture is not liable for:

  • Misuse or misapplication of the content

  • Professional, legal, or regulatory consequences

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
